San Diego’s Most Wanted (feat. David Marcus Baker)

In an aim to “make our community safer,” the San Diego Union-Tribune (UT), Crime Stoppers and local law enforcement have partnered together to save us from yet another slave-descendant of this country. David Marcus Baker (non-slave name unknown) is the latest feature in the UT’s aim to make San Diego safer for whites and minorities, including those blacks who have–somehow–managed to successfully navigate our society’s legacy of slavery, Jim Crow, etc.

David Marcus Baker as described by the UT

Wanted: Baker is wanted for violating his parole. He has two no-bail felony warrants issued by state parole and county probation. He has a criminal history that includes robbery, escape from jail with force, burglary, weapon possession, domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon and theft. He has a long history of using false identities and may be going by the name Vincent Johnson.

Description: Black, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall, 200 pounds or more, black hair, brown eyes. His appearance can change significantly over several months.

Frequented areas: Baker is known to frequent downtown San Diego and may be living as a transient there. All of his previous arrests have occurred in the area, and he is known to use crack cocaine, methamphetamine and PCP.

No official word, still, on the likelihood of reparations for those whose slave-ancestors built this nation. Go back to sleep.
